Refund Policy

We want you to feel completely confident when investing in our tarot reading coaching programs, courses, and services. Please review our refund terms carefully before making a purchase.

Due to the digital and instantly accessible nature of our courses and coaching programs, all sales are considered final once access has been granted. We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of purchase — if you are unsatisfied and have completed less than 25% of the course material, you may request a full refund within this window.

Coaching session packages are non-refundable once the first session has been delivered. If you need to cancel before your first session begins, you may request a refund minus a 15% administrative fee. Individual sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice; missed sessions without notice are forfeited.

Refund requests for live events must be submitted at least 14 days before the event date for a full refund. Requests made within 7–14 days will receive a 50% refund or full credit toward a future event. No refunds are issued within 7 days of the event.

To request a refund, email us with your full name, purchase date, and order number. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Our tarot reading coaching services are provided for educational, personal development, and entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and actions.

All course materials, content, videos, worksheets, branding, and resources are the exclusive intellectual property of Shubhaastro and are protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, share, resell, or repurpose any materials without express written permission.

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration and purchase
• Not share your login credentials or course access with any third party
• Engage respectfully in all community spaces, group calls, and coaching sessions
• Refrain from using our teachings to mislead, deceive, or harm others

We reserve the right to revoke access without refund if these conduct standards are violated.

All prices are listed in INR unless otherwise stated. Payment plans must be honored in full — failure to complete payments may result in access suspension. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us for resolution may result in permanent account termination.

Shubhastro shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Your use of our programs is entirely at your own risk. Results vary and are not guaranteed — your success depends on your effort, dedication, and application of the material.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Indian government. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the jurisdiction where Shubhastro operates.
